ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Hauser reserves the right to modify, withdraw, refuse, or correct any quotation, pricing, specification, product information, lead time, availability, or other information provided through the Site at any time prior to acceptance of an order.

A binding agreement is formed only upon the issuance and acceptance of a formal quotation, purchase order, or other written agreement approved by Hauser.

PRICING AND SPECIFICATION ERRORS

Hauser reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

· Pricing

· Product descriptions

· Product specifications

· Product dimensions

· Product finishes

· Availability

· Freight charges

· Lead times

· Administrative or typographical errors

Such corrections may be made at any time, including after a quotation has been issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

Hauser shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, supplier failures, shortages of materials, governmental actions, tariffs, trade restrictions, import or export controls, utility failures, or other events beyond Hauser's reasonable control.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product photographs, renderings, dimensions, finishes, colors, specifications, and descriptions are provided for general reference only.

Actual products may vary from information displayed on the Site.

Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their intended use.

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a final product specification, quotation, or contractual commitment.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
